Downloading the game, registering an account and playing are free of charge. Acquiring items through donations is each player's choice. Making a donation is not the purchase of a product or payment for a service. It is a voluntary contribution toward server maintenance and cannot be refunded.
Donated funds are used for server maintenance, hosting expenses, modules, development tools, security systems, purchases and recurring license costs.
Making a donation does not grant any privilege; therefore, a donor will be treated in all respects the same as a player who has not donated.

The quality of acquired items is not guaranteed, and exchanges or transfers between accounts are not permitted.
Trading items inside or outside the game is prohibited and may result in the account being banned.
The rules are the same for all players; any violation, such as the use of cheats or scams, will result in account deletion.
By playing and making purchases, users accept these terms.
Donations are credited on business days and items are delivered to the vault.
The Site and the Service are intended for users over 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you are prohibited from creating a membership account through the Service, participating in promotions, or providing personal information on the Site or through the Service.

The registered user is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and of the system used to access the Site or the Service.
The user is solely responsible for all uses of their access information, whether or not such use was authorized by them.

Etro may coordinate with the competent authorities to investigate computer crimes or fraudulent reports related to accounts.
Etro may issue warnings, temporary suspensions and permanent cancellations of user identities for violations of these Terms.
The seriousness of the violation and the number of incidents influence the disciplinary decision, although they are not the only factors considered.
User identities may be temporarily or permanently banned without prior notice.
Etro has full discretion regarding sanctions and disciplinary actions, even if credits remain in the user's account.
If the user believes their account was unfairly sanctioned, they may submit a request for assistance to technical support for review.
Etro offers free games and users are not required to purchase in-game items in order to fully enjoy the Service.
Users may load virtual money or make contributions through different payment gateways or virtual wallets to acquire items.
Before using a payment platform, the user must review that platform's own Terms of Service and separately accept its conditions.
By submitting payment gateway information, the user declares that they are authorized to use that account or payment method.
Etro is not affiliated with PaymentWall, MercadoPago, PayPal or any website offered for making deposits or payments.
If a payment is reversed, canceled or refunded, the account may be immediately suspended and canceled if fraud is detected.
Each donor must also read the Terms and Conditions of the payment platform they use, since Etro will not be responsible for third-party errors.
The use or abuse of any existing or known exploit and/or bug is completely prohibited.
There will be regular and occasional periods of server maintenance.
Etro will make every reasonable effort to limit downtime, but will not be responsible for loss of use or data resulting from maintenance or other downtime.
Etro will not be responsible for the inability to access paid services during maintenance.
Etro will also not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fires, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, fuel, energy, labor or materials.
It cannot be guaranteed that the user will be able to access their account at all times, and extended periods of unavailability may occur.
The user assumes the risk regarding the performance of the Software and the Game in relation to their hardware and software, as well as the full cost of any necessary service, repair or correction.
Clicking a hyperlink may redirect the user away from the Site.
Etro does not endorse or control linked third-party sites, is not responsible for their content and has no association with their owners or operators.
Other sites may have different terms of service and privacy policies, so users are encouraged to review their practices before using them.
Neither Etro nor its parent company, subsidiaries, licensors or affiliates will be liable for damages or losses of any kind arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

Etro reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add to, supplement or remove access policies, feature availability, schedules, content, data, software or equipment required to access the Service, with or without prior notice.
Material changes may be disclosed before or after implementation, as determined by Etro.
Notice of changes may be provided through server maintenance, an announcement or email.
If a future change to this agreement becomes unacceptable to the user or causes them to no longer comply with it, they must immediately stop using the Service and the Account.
Continued use of the Service after any revision constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of the changes made.
Etro may also change, modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service, impose limits on certain features, or restrict access in whole or in part without prior notice or liability.
No purchase is required to play.
